Attorney Sentenced In DUI Cover-Up
Our Chicago DUI Lawyers have learned that a former prosecutor turned defense Lawyer has been sentenced to 15 days in jail for her attempt t cover up a charge for DUI. Anne E. Adams is charged with attempting to falsify a blood-alcohol test and a statement from a judge that she was not intoxicated at the time.

Partially Blind Driver Arrested For DUI

Why No Cameras For Chicago DUI Top Cops?
We’ve previously reported that the top prosecutor in Cook County’s Traffic Court had asked the Chicago Police to assign video-equipped squad cars to officers who frequently make drunken-driving arrests. (Chicago DUI News: Top DUI Cops Asked To Document DUI Arrests With Video). One month later and we still haven’t heard a response from the Chicago Police Department nor seen any additional video units.
