Chicago Cop Pleads Not Guilty To DUI Charges
Our Chicago DUI Lawyers follow up on the story of Chicago Police detective Joseph Frugoli who was charged earlier this month with DUI after being involved in a fatal car accident. Today, Frugoli pled not guilty to those charges.

Downtown Chicago DUI Checkpoint Set For Friday, May 29th
Our Chicago DUI Lawyers have learned that the Chicago Police Department will conduct a DUI Strike Force Patrol in the Central (001st) District and the Near North (018th) District beginning at 7:00 p.m., Friday, May 29, 2009 and ending at 3:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 30, 2009.
The purpose of this program is to saturate a pre-designated area with roving police officers that continually monitor vehicular traffic for signs of impaired driving. Patrols also place emphasis on speed, alcohol-related and safety belt violations. Police vehicles equipped for speed detection are deployed to apprehend speeding violators.

.079 Breathalyzer result for Chicago Cop Charged With DUI
The Chicago Policeman charged in with DUI in this weekend’s fatal hit-and-run accident had a blood alcohol level of .079 four hours after the accident. Many are now questioning why it took so long to administer the Breathalyzer test and whether the Chicago Police are giving preferential treatment to one of their own.

Chicago Policeman Charged With DUI In Hit-And-Run Accident
Our Chicago DUI Lawyers have learned that a for the second time in little over a month a Chicago Police Officer has been charged with DUI involving a hit-and-run accident. Richard Bolling, 39, of the 8600 block of South Wolcott Avenue was charged Saturday with aggravated DUI, leaving the scene of a wreck where a death or injury occurred, and reckless homicide.
