Founded in 2006 by James E. Fabbrini, the Fabbrini Law Group LLC has grown to become recognized in Chicago as a firm specializing in personal injury and DUI defense as well as a wide variety of related litigation.

James E. Fabbrini, Attorney at Law

James E. Fabbrini earned his law degree from DePaul University College of Law in 2000 and his bachelor of arts degree from the State University of New York at Oswego in 1995, where he also played varsity hockey as a goaltender. Prior to entering law school, James had a brief stint in the Tampa Bay Lighting’s minor league organization, with the Atlanta Knights and Nashville Knights Hockey Clubs.

Known for his professionalism and aggressive court room demeanor, James is a tireless advocate for his client’s rights. He has experience litigating and settling personal injury claims, worker’s compensation, and DUI defense cases. He has tried more than 100 jury trials, countless bench trials, and argued numerous hearings and motions on behalf of his clients. With over ten years of courtroom experience, James has earned a reputation as one of the top trial lawyers in Chicago and is often times retained by other attorneys to take difficult cases to trial.

James has conducted conferences and seminars on personal injury claims and has helped mentor many new litigators in the fields of personal injury and DUI defense.  His firm also sponsors an internship program under which prospective law school applicants are introduced to the many different aspects of the practice of law in Cook County.

He has been admitted to practice law in Illinois since 2000.

Angelica A. Jimenez, Legal Assistant

Angelica A. Jimenez is the firm’s top legal assistant. Angie has a over a decade of legal expertise in which she has handed a wide variety of litigation related matters. Fluent in Spanish and a licensed notary public there isn’t much Angie can’t accomplish when taking care of the Firm’s clients.

Angie’s free time is spent on improving the education in our schools. She is a tireless volunteer at her son’s high school and is also involved with the PTA and No Child Left Behind programs at the local, State, and National levels.

Cambry J. McNabb, Law Clerk

Cambry J. McNabb, currently in her second year at Loyola University Chicago School of Law, has been a law clerk at the Firm since 2009.  Within that time, Cambry has developed and maintained the Firm’s Expungement Department, Medicare Lien Department, and Internship Programs as well as managing discovery on hundreds of  personal injury files. Cambry’s legal research skills are second to none, and she has developed a wide variety of expertise in both Personal Injury and Criminal Defense matters.

Cambry graduated cum laude from DePaul University in 2009 and plans to become a litigator upon her admission to the bar.  Originally from Lawrence, Kansas, Cambry remains a huge supporter of her beloved University of Kansas Jayhawks Basketball team.

Grzegorz Z. Florek, Case Management Specialist

Grzegorz Z. Florek is one of the Firm’s Case Management Specialists.  Fluent in both Polish and Russian,  Greg’s strong work ethic ensures that our client’s files are always being aggressively pursued.

Greg is currently an undergraduate student at DePaul University majoring in Political Science, and expects to graduate in the spring of 2011.  Upon graduation, Greg plans on attending law school with an emphasis on the criminal defense trial law, hoping one day to pursue a career as a defense attorney at a successful Chicago law firm.  When not in school or at work, Greg enjoys participating in cultural events with Chicago’s Polish community.

Rebecca E. Furrer, Case Management Specialist

Rebecca E. Furrer is another one of the Firm’s Case Management Specialists.  With a strong eye for detail, Becca makes certain that all of the Firm’s files are ready for litigation.  Becca is also fluent in Spanish.

Currently a senior at DePaul University, Becca expects to graduate in March 2012 with a degree in political science and a double minor in Spanish and biological sciences. After graduation, Becca intends to travel and then attend law school. Upon graduation, Becca hopes to practice law in the areas of women’s rights and children’s advocacy.  When not working or studying,  Becca enjoys volunteering on political campaigns and at the animal shelter.

Juan M. Solis, Case Management Specialist

Juan M. Solis rounds out the Firm’s team of Case Management Specialists.  Also fluent in Spanish, Juan’s strong communication skills make certain that all of our Client’s questions get answered while making sure that all our file information is up to date.

Juan is presently an undergraduate student at DePaul University who majors in Political Science.  Graduating in 2011,  Juan expects to continue his education by attending law school and eventually starting his own successful law firm. Juan’s main interest is in Human Rights Law.  When he is not studying or working, Juan is an avid sports fan, playing intramural basketball, coaching his nephews’ soccer team, and attending as many Bears games as possible.
